Our club is one of the most successful in Auckland Cricket history, we have had enormous success over the years winning each of the competitions below:

  • 4 x Hedley Howarth Two-Day Champions: 2008-09, 2011-12, 2013-14, 2021/22
  • 3 x Jeff Crowe One-Day Champions: 2013-14, 2015-16, 2019-20.
  • 5 x Cricket Express T20 Champions: 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2014-15, 2016-17.

That is 11 major Premier titles in just over a decade – the most by any other club in the same period is six by Takapuna.

Incredibly, in that same period we have produced eight Black Caps (Martin Guptill, Reece Young, Daryl Tuffey, Michael Bates, Jeet Raval, Ajaz Patel, Jimmy Neesham, Kyle Jamieson) and a further six Auckland Aces (Jonny Basset-Graham, Michael Barry, Raj Majithia, Sean Solia, Finn Allen, Ben Lister, Adithya Ashok) and we are confident of more in the future!

For the second year in a row we have experienced considerable growth in our membership in terms of playing numbers – both seniors and juniors. It is quite hard to capture exact playing numbers as there are now so many casual players in the one-day teams, and a junior member will sometimes play in as many as three different competitions. Our official playing membership is 844 players spread across 76 teams. Add in over 200 non-playing members (social members, coaches, managers, administrators, old boys) and we now boast a total membership of over 1,000 – one of the largest clubs in the country!

The Senior Club fielded 29 teams this season and the Junior Club 47 teams, including eight girls’/ladies’ teams.  So we are sure to have the right team for you!
